We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for both defective and undamaged items.

The four products are designed to work together as a complete ritual. Each step prepares the skin for the next. However, individual products can be used as standalone additions to your existing routine.

All four products are dermatologist-tested and formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, or sodium lauryl sulphate. They are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns, we recommend a patch test before first use.

Yes. We accept returns on opened products within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Caviar of Switzerland products contain Precious Caviar Extract, derived from sturgeon roe. They are not vegan, but they are free from animal testing.

Store all products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not refrigerate. Each product has a PAO (period after opening) symbol indicating the number of months the product remains suitable for use after opening.
